Every time a syringe is disconnected from a urinary catheter during manual bladder irrigation, there’s another chance for spills, splashes, and exposure to bloody urine.
The Multiphze® Enclosed Bladder Irrigation System was designed so that never has to happen.
At its center is a rotatable syringe with four clearly labeled positions:
→ OFF: neutral, no fluid flow
→ FILL: draws sterile solution from the attached irrigation line
→ IRRIGATE: moves fluid in and out of the bladder
→ DRAIN: empties syringe contents into the attached 4L drainage bag
A palpable, audible click confirms each position. The 120 ml syringe moves more fluid with fewer plunger cycles, which means less fatigue for the user.
One catheter connection. One medical professional. When the manual irrigation is complete, the irrigation line can be disconnected and used for continuous bladder irrigation with the same patient.
