Multiphze Awarded Product Agreement with Partners Cooperative, Inc.

GLENDALE, Calif. — September 1, 2026

Multiphze has been awarded a national product agreement with Partners Cooperative, Inc. Effective September 1, 2026, the new agreement allows participating members, at their discretion, to take advantage of special pricing and terms pre-negotiated
by Partners Cooperative for the Multiphze Enclosed Bladder Irrigation System.

“We’re proud to bring the Multiphze Enclosed Bladder Irrigation System to Partners Cooperative’s network,” said Albert Mikhail, M.D., CEO of Multiphze. “As a small medical device company, earning this agreement validates the work we’ve put into solving a problem that’s gone unaddressed for far too long. Hematuria management hasn’t changed in decades, and our system is built to change that -reducing risk for clinicians while improving the experience for patients. We’re looking forward to partnering with Partners Cooperative’s member hospitals and hope our system becomes their standard of care for this condition.”

The Multiphze Enclosed Bladder Irrigation System is a unique method for irrigating the bladder, designed to reduce the risks and costs associated with biohazard exposure and contamination from bloody urine, while delivering improved procedural efficiencies. The system features a custom 120 mL rotatable syringe with independent ports used to manage the FILL, IRRIGATE, and DRAIN functions that eliminates the need to repeatedly disengage from the urinary catheter during a manual bladder irrigation procedure. It comes sterile packaged with an irrigation line and 4L urinary drainage bag attached to the syringe, which creates the “enclosed” system. In a preclinical study at the University of California, Irvine, the system cleared a clot-filled bladder in half the time of a standard irrigation kit with no fluid spillage.
